Who can open the database
Editors can create, edit, and view the workspace database and every app in the workspace. Internal app members and external users can work with data through the apps they use, but they cannot open or edit the database itself.Add a database editor

Open Users
From the workspace, click the
Users button to the left of the workspace selector.2
Select Editors
Under Workspace, select
Editors.3
Invite the editor
Click
Invite and add the person who needs to work with the database.
Control access to database records
Workspace roles control which tables and actions people can access through your apps. A role can allow or deny viewing, creating, editing, and deleting records. OpenUsers, then select Roles under Workspace. See Configure roles for the full setup.
Editor access and database roles solve different problems. Editors can open and edit the database itself. Roles control how people can work with its data through apps.
