Zite makes it easy to manage multiple clients and grant them each their own organization — all **without per-seat charges**. ## Set up an organization for each client We recommend creating a separate [organization](https://www.fillout.com/help/organizations) for each client. Each organization has its own apps, forms, databases, and billing plan, keeping client work fully isolated. On the upper left corner, click your `Account name` followed by `Create organization`.

See [Organizations](https://www.fillout.com/help/organizations) for more details on managing and switching between organizations. ## Add clients and team members Invite clients or teammates to the appropriate organization. You can choose to invite them as: * **Admin** — full access to all workspaces and settings within the client's organization * **Member** — can create their own forms and apps, but cannot edit others' On your dashboard, click `Invite members` in the upper right area.

## Export and deliver workspaces to clients Whenever possible, we recommend building apps, forms, and databases directly in the client's organization after you've [created it](https://www.fillout.com/help/organizations). This keeps everything in one place from the start and avoids extra steps. If you've already built something in a different organization — for example, a prototype or reusable template — export the complete workspace to transfer it between accounts. A workspace export includes its code, database schema, apps, and forms. The database records and chat history are not included. You cannot export an individual app. Apps are connected to the Zite Database schema in their workspace, so the workspace needs to stay together. To import the workspace into a new organization, open the prompt box and click the `+` button. Then choose `Import` > `Existing Zite`.
