# Cancel your Zite plan

> Cancel your Zite apps subscription.

## Cancel subscription

Go to your [subscription](https://build.fillout.com/home/settings/billing) in **settings** to `Cancel`.

## What happens after cancellation

* Your current plan will remain active until your next subscription or renewal date. \
  **Monthly subscription** \
  For example, if your plan renews on **March 14** and you cancel on **March 25**, you’ll still have full access until the next renewal on **April 14**. \
  **Annual subscription** \
  For example, if your annual plan started on **January 1, 2026** and is set to end on **December 31, 2026**, and you cancel on **March 25, 2026**, your plan will still remain active until **December 31, 2026**.
* After that, your account will automatically be downgraded to the **Free** tier
* Premium features are no longer accessible
* You can still view previously created apps and databases

    Yes, you can still edit apps, but with limited credits.

    Your database records will be kept, but you won’t be able to add new rows while on the Free plan.

  <Accordion title="If I buy a custom domain for 1 year but cancel after 2 months, do I keep it?">
    Yes, you will generally keep your custom domain until the end of the paid period. In some cases, this may depend on maintaining an active subscription based on policy.

  <Accordion title="What happens to my unused AI credits after cancellation?">
    You can continue using your AI credits until the end of your billing period. However, credits do not roll over and are not refundable.
