## Getting Started

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="What is Zite Database?">
    [Zite Database](https://www.zite.com/database) lets you store, organize, and manage data in a centralized place without needing coding knowledge or a developer.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What can I use Zite Database for?">
    Zite Database is commonly used to manage leads or customers, inventory, projects, tickets, content, and [other business data](https://www.zite.com/blog/what-is-workflow-automation#real-world-use-cases).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I've only used spreadsheets before. What's the learning curve?">
    If you've used Google Sheets or Excel before, you'll feel right at home. Zite combines the familiarity of spreadsheets with the power of a database.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What's the difference between a spreadsheet and a database?">
    [Spreadsheets](https://www.fillout.com/blog/database-vs-spreadsheet#what-is-a-spreadsheet) are designed for simple lists and calculations. [Databases](https://www.fillout.com/blog/database-vs-spreadsheet#what-is-a-database) help you organize larger amounts of information, connect related data, and support workflows inside apps.

  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I change a field's type after records already exist?">
    Yes. However, changing a field type may modify or remove data that isn't compatible with the new field type. For example, text values that can't be converted into numbers may be removed when switching to a number field. Check [this quick guide](https://www.zite.com/help/database/configure-database/manage-fields#convert-field-type).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I temporarily remove fields without deleting them?">
