Introduction

Restly Inc. (“Restly”), operating as Zite and Fillout, provides tools for building forms, applications, and workflows.

By accessing or using Zite or Fillout in any manner, including creating or managing an account, organization, form, workflow, or application, you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by this Community Standards & Acceptable Use Policy and any related terms referenced herein. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any updates to this Policy.

This Policy applies to all content, forms, applications, workflows, integrations, domains, accounts, organizations, and related activity on our services.

The examples in this Policy are illustrative and not exhaustive. We may take action against behavior that presents similar risks even if not explicitly listed.

We may also take enforcement action based on overall risk to users, infrastructure, or platform integrity.

Not every prohibited activity is illegal, and not every legal activity is permitted.

As used in this Policy, the words "include," "includes," "including," "such as," "e.g.," "for example," and words or phrases of similar import shall be deemed to be followed by the phrase "without limitation" and shall not be construed to limit the generality of any preceding word or expression. Unless the context otherwise requires, any enumeration of specific items following such terms shall be illustrative only and shall not be construed as exhaustive or as implying that only the listed items are intended to be covered.

All restrictions and obligations imposed on "you" under this Policy apply equally to any action taken directly by you or indirectly through your authorization, facilitation, assistance, or knowing permission of any third party, affiliate, agent, contractor, end user, or other person acting on your behalf or through your account, application, organization, or integration.

All enforcement actions under this Policy, including reporting, feature restrictions, suspension, and termination, are taken at our sole discretion.

Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, termination, or other enforcement actions.

  • Circumvent security or abuse-prevention controls
  • Perform unauthorized testing, probing, or exploitation

10. Harmful Misrepresentation

You may not create deceptive systems or workflows that could cause real-world harm, including fake official services, fraudulent verification systems, or impersonation of trusted institutions.

11. Intellectual Property

You may not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

12. Regulated or High-Risk Activities

Certain categories may require approval or may be restricted, including:

  • Financial services and lending

  • Cryptocurrency-related services
  • Gambling
  • Pharmaceuticals and controlled substances
  • Weapons-related services
  • Government-related services

This includes:

  • Creating or distributing deepfakes or synthetic media designed to deceive or manipulate
  • Deploying AI-generated personas, voices, or likenesses that impersonate real individuals without their consent
  • Operating automated agents or AI-generated interfaces that misrepresent themselves as human to end users

  • Using the platform to collect data through deception for use in training artificial intelligence models
  • Using the platform in, or to make systems that involve, high-risk or consequential environments or industries – including legal, health, employment, credit or financial services – without the appropriate and professional human review and oversight.

Where your application uses AI or automated logic to make or inform decisions about individuals, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable law, including the EU AI Act, relevant US federal and state AI and privacy regulations, and any sector-specific requirements governing your use case.

13. Platform Integrity and Commercial Abuse

We may restrict or terminate access where usage undermines fairness, security, or intended platform operation.

13.1 Account and Organization Abuse

You may not create or coordinate accounts, organizations, applications, or domains to:

  • Bypass free-tier limits, quotas, pricing, or subscription requirements
  • Evade suspension or enforcement actions
  • Obtain additional resources or platform benefits beyond intended usage

Examples include:

  • Creating multiple organizations to obtain additional free-tier usage
  • Creating new accounts or organizations after suspension
  • Structuring multiple entities to evade enforcement or platform controls

13.2 Fair Use and Resource Consumption

You must use the platform within reasonable usage expectations for your plan.

We may take action when usage:

  • Exceeds reasonable or intended plan limits
  • Places disproportionate load on platform systems
  • Requires a higher-tier plan due to sustained scale or volume

We may require plan adjustments or restrict usage to maintain platform stability and fairness.

13.3 Affiliate and Referral Abuse

Affiliate and referral programs must not be used to distort or manipulate platform acquisition channels.

This includes:

  • Bidding on Fillout, Zite, or Restly trademarks in paid search advertising
  • Directing paid traffic to affiliate or referral links without authorization
  • Misrepresenting affiliation with the platform
  • Attempting to earn commissions from traffic that would otherwise reach the platform organically

13.4 Trust, Transparency, and Reputation Risk

Organizations and individuals using Fillout or Zite are expected to operate in a manner that is reasonably transparent and trustworthy.

We may restrict or terminate use of the platform where activities create substantial risk of consumer harm, confusion, or loss of trust, even where unlawful conduct has not been established.

Examples include:

  • Repeated patterns of misleading, deceptive, or unverifiable marketing claims.
  • Repeated failure to deliver promised products or services
  • Fundraising, donation, or business activities that lack reasonable transparency regarding the use of funds, services, or outcomes.
  • Chronic operational deficiencies that result in widespread customer dissatisfaction or allegations of misconduct
  • Persistent and credible complaints indicating significant consumer confusion, non-performance, or deceptive business practices.
  • Activities that create a substantial risk of users reasonably perceiving an organization, service, or offering as fraudulent or misleading.
  • Conduct that, in our judgment, presents unacceptable reputational, trust, or safety risks to users or the platform.

We may consider publicly available information, user reports, complaint patterns, supporting documentation, and responsiveness to concerns when evaluating such cases. Enforcement under this section may occur regardless of whether the activity is unlawful or whether the organization has been formally determined to be fraudulent.

13.5 Building Tools in Compliance with Applicable Laws

Any tool, platform, service, feature, application, or functionality built using Fillout or Zite must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including without limitation, data privacy laws, laws protecting children (particularly children under the age of 13), and consumer protection laws.

In furtherance of the foregoing, forms, applications, and workflows built on Fillout or Zite that are made available to the public should make reasonable efforts to be accessible to individuals with disabilities, consistent with applicable law including the Americans with Disabilities Act, the European Accessibility Act, and equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions, as applicable. You are responsible for ensuring your applications meet accessibility obligations applicable to your organization and use case.

You are responsible for ensuring such applications and developments meet legal and industry standards and comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

14. Enforcement

We may take enforcement actions, including if you violate this Policy, threaten to violate this Policy, or we reasonably believe that your acts or omissions could lead to violating this Policy, including:

  • Content removal
  • Feature restrictions
  • Suspension or termination of accounts or organizations
  • Domain or integration blocking
  • Commission or affiliate forfeiture
  • Referral to law enforcement where appropriate

We may apply enforcement across related accounts or entities where coordination, circumvention, or shared control is identified.

Enforcement decisions consider severity, intent, scale, recurrence, and risk to platform integrity.

Enforcement actions may affect active subscriptions, billing status, account access, or eligibility for refunds. Where an account, organization, or subscription is suspended or terminated for violations of this Policy, any refund, credit, or billing adjustment will be determined at our discretion and may depend on the nature of the violation, the circumstances of the account, and applicable law.

We may update this Policy periodically. Continued use of Fillout or Zite constitutes acceptance of updates.
