Freight Tax Manager

Freight Tax Manager helps promotional product companies calculate and track freight tax liability across purchase orders. For each PO, you upload the recipient list and the carrier's freight bill. The app matches shipments to recipients, resolves every destination zip code to its county, and applies the correct tax rate for any county where your company has nexus (a taxable presence). Results are saved per-analysis so you can handle freight bills that arrive in batches. The Billing Tracker then manages the full lifecycle — from analysis through invoicing — so nothing falls through the cracks. The app uses Zip.Tax to resolve zip codes to county names but you can upload your own CSV if you want to reduce your dependency on the API.
