How it works
Typeform is a tool for surveys and online forms. Connect Typeform to read form questions and responses in your app. App visitors use the connected account’s access without connecting their own Typeform accounts. With this integration, you can:- List forms available to the connected account
- Read the questions in a selected form
- View submitted responses
- Show answers alongside the corresponding questions
How to integrate Typeform into your app

Connect to Typeform
Ask Zite to connect Typeform, or click + in the chat box, select Integrations, then choose Typeform. Sign in to Typeform and approve access to your forms and responses.

Describe your use case
Tell Zite which form to use and how to display its responses. For example, “Show our customer survey responses, with filters for satisfaction score and submission date.”

Test and publish
Check a recent response against Typeform, including skipped questions and any filters. Confirm who should be able to see the answers.Click Publish in the upper right corner when the workflow works as expected.
Common use cases
With Typeform, you can create apps like:- Survey Dashboards: Review customer feedback in one place.
- Application Review: Read application answers alongside reviewer notes stored in Zite.
- Submission Browsers: Find responses by date or answer.
- Form Catalogs: Show the forms available to your team.
Important notes
- Read-only: This connection cannot create or edit Typeform forms, or delete responses.
- New responses: Connecting does not automatically send new responses into Zite. Tell Zite when your app should check for updates.
- Skipped questions: Some responses may have no answer for a question. Ask Zite to handle those gaps clearly.
- Long response lists: Ask Zite to load older responses as needed rather than showing only the first results.
- Account access: Limit access to dashboards containing respondent information. If the connection stops working, reconnect Typeform from Integrations.
