How it works

Enable your Zite app to send emails and create calendar events from your Outlook account. This lets your app trigger messages and schedule events based on user activity. By connecting Outlook, you can:
  • Send emails from your Outlook email address when key actions occur
  • Create and manage calendar events directly from your app for scheduling flows
  • Automate personalized emails for follow-ups, reminders, or updates
  • Let users book events on your Outlook calendar without leaving your Zite app
  • Create approval workflows with a direct link to approve or reject

How to automate emails

1

Connect to Outlook

In the chat box, request your app to be integrated with Outlook or click the plug icon .Screenshot 2026 04 24 At 2 44 43 PMThen, sign in to your Microsoft work or school account.
Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported.
