How it works
Enable your Zite app to send emails and create calendar events from your Outlook account. This lets your app trigger messages and schedule events based on user activity. By connecting Outlook, you can:- Send emails from your Outlook email address when key actions occur
- Create and manage calendar events directly from your app for scheduling flows
- Automate personalized emails for follow-ups, reminders, or updates
- Let users book events on your Outlook calendar without leaving your Zite app
- Create approval workflows with a direct link to approve or reject
How to automate emails
Connect to Outlook
In the chat box, request your app to be integrated with Outlook or click the

Enter your use case
Tell Zite how you want to use Outlook in your app. In our example, we’ll email the quote to visitors who would like to download them.

How to set up bookings
Once connected to Outlook, you can use a prompt in Zite to display your calendar in your app, allowing users to book calls directly with you.
