To request a refund, contact support@zite.com with your account email, the charge date, and what happened. Canceling your plan doesn’t automatically request a refund.

How it works

If an upgrade after your first month was unintended, downgrade your plan and contact support.

Zite credit usage and generative AI

Used credits can’t be refunded, even if the result isn’t what you expected. AI results and the amount of iteration needed can vary. Use Plan mode to review the approach before building, and Credit Efficiency to reduce avoidable rework. Refunds aren’t available for downtime, temporary issues, or performance concerns. A feature you need being unavailable is also typically non-refundable.

How plan changes affect billing

  • Cancellation: your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, monthly or annual, then stops renewing.
  • Other plan changes: review the amount and effective date before confirming. See Subscription and billing.
  • Remove a payment method: contact support@zite.com.

How auto-upgrade works

If you add a card during your Zite app trial, the account automatically upgrades when the trial ends unless you opt out. To opt out before the trial ends, open Billing & usage and choose Downgrade to the Free plan. Check the selected option before the trial expires.
For questions about a charge, contact support@zite.com. See the Terms of Service for full legal details.
