Plan mode helps you scope what you want to build before any changes are made. Zite can ask clarifying questions, then generate an editable plan that summarizes scope, data, integrations, assumptions, and what is out of scope.

When to use Plan mode

  • You are starting a new app or broad feature
  • The request is large, unclear, or has several possible approaches
  • You need to align with teammates before building
  • You want to avoid rework by deciding key details up front
Plan mode uses Zite Max and consumes AI credits, but it can reduce rework by clarifying the plan before app changes are made.
